I would make noodles, dry them and then freeze them. All it takes is flour, egg yolks and salt.

You could mix them with whole eggs for omelettes, scrambled eggs, stratas etc.

Check out this site .... it's a great resource for anything egg!
    http://www.getcracking.ca/

I used their recipe search and just put in egg yolks ... and got 4 recipes

Sure wish you lived closer, I am wanting egg yolks. Our family always made ribble soup with them or noodles for soup etc.

egg yolks will freeze for later use...pierce them and put in an ice cube tray...use later when you only need yolks..

Use them with some sausage (brown before mixing it with the eggs) and some green chiles and make a delicious egg casserole. Just a thought!!

Scramble and feed them to the dog. My pug loves 'em. Not all 12 at once, though!

I have a grandson who only likes egg whites. When I fry up one for an egg sandwich for him, I add the extra yolk to his sister's sunny side up egg. Since double yolk eggs are so few and far between, she is delighted! More yolk for her to sop up with her toast! Can't do this with 12 extra yolks, tho. I think there are some kolacke cookie recipes that use only egg yolks.

I'd make noodles with the yolks.
