    Peckish and Wvdek,

    The man in the video suggested keeping a few tampons in a survival pack for filtering water and dressing bad wounds.

    Thanks for the info. Too bad I couldn't find the video.

    I'm hoping the bandages they use in Afghanistan will soon be available for purchase in the American marketplace. They're amazing.

    Me, too. They must have changed it. I'm sort of guessing at the gist of this, and it seems like useful info. I don't see how they expect people to follow their site if they don't make the videos easy to link.
