    I love the star pattern in the quilting for the lone star state. love your quilt. Keep quilting. Hand quilting is so rewarding.
    I've been hand quilting for over 20 yrs. It takes practice but your stitches will get smaller.

    Colors really represent topography of Texas -dry and hot in southwest and cool and wet in eastern counties. Well, sometimes it's cool and wet. Central Texas could still use some rain now.

    Great job, love the color combo, looks like Texas terrain, green eastern Texas, dryer as you go west.
