    You always seem to know what kind of quilting will enhance the pattern or the fabric in a quilt! You amaze me! I love looking at pictures of your work.

    I most admit I find them pretty hard to resist also. She has a real knack for interesting patterns and colour combinations. I bet if she saw your quilt and your quilting that Amy would say you have a real knack for bringing out the best in her fabrics.

    The clam shell is a great compliment to the fabric -- did you do one or 2 layers of batting (the clam shells look extra poofed). Great job!!

    Just one layer of hobbs poly down.
    Hobbs always gives just the right amount of "poof" in my opinion.
