    Wendy, you are too funny with referring to that quilt as the ugliest quilt ever. I'm glad that he sincerely likes his quilt.

    I've realized that when making a D9P, one must tone down some of the fabrics so not to scream "Aaaah" or "Yuck." I must not ever attempt to put all of my favorite fabrics in one D9P ever again. I've made quite a few blocks and every once in a while, I'll pull them out and think "What on earth was I thinking? It looks so obnoxious with all those busy fabrics." Then I just put them all back into the zip lock bag and there they sit until the next time I do the same thing.
