    I really don't know as I have never tried it. But this beef receipe gives you a beautiful roast with a little pink in the middle, of course that is according to the time range you select. I always like my pork well-done in the middle.
    I will be interrested to see if anyone has ever tried pork in this same manner.

    I agree! I learned this technique when I was having dinner for my boss and she showed up over an hour late. I've used that idea ever since.
