Do you have an embroidery machine? Emblibrary.com has some great blue delft designs that I used for the centers in blue and white Dresden plates.

SpoonFlower was lovely but at $18 a yard, I'd pass. But I know exactly what you mean, my DIL loves Blue Willow!

There are several places via internet where you can get this fabric. Just type in Blue Willow Toile fabric and you get lots of sites.

I bought fabric with blue willow plates on it at my local JoAnn's not long ago. I sent it to a friend in Hawaii who collects Blue Willow plates. If you have a JoAnn's nearby, go and take a look.

The Delft designs are not the Blue Willow pattern. Blue Willow has chinese referenced designs, pagodas and chinese boats, and Delft have Dutch influenced designs, hence the windmills.
There is definitely a difference when you look closely at the pattern. Emblibrary has about 20 Blue Willow designs that can be purchased separately and then combined on a block, or she has a couple of patterns that look like they are straight off of a dinner plate.
