Very nice! I think your miters look great! I think most of the time the repeat of the pattern in the fabric is such that you can't get the design to exactly match. You did a great job of it though.

My tip for miters - glue baste them prior to sewing. It works wonders! Same with matching large prints for long borders.

Oh my goodness.....I just finished this quilt this winter and is now on my bed! The picture does not do this quilt justice. The colors are beautiful. My local quilt shop did this as a BOM....it was a fun project, learning different techniques......and yes.....my first metered corner project also. Enjoy your quilt!
