The quilting is a great price but I think the binding is way out of line!

I just got my king size (120" sq.) quilt back from the long armer -- Trust me -- I'd pay $70 to have someone sew that binding on for me!! I'm not sure how I'm gonna get it done without someone to help me hold the darn thing!

I already have the binding strips fromwhen my grandma was working on it and it is already tied together with yarn, because she was getting it ready to quilt. I saw a few pics online of her work but I will be asking questions on what way she would quilt mine, and I think she it would be done in a few days.

if she does a good job, that's a great price. get recommendations.

are you afraid to tackle the binding yourself?

Sounds reasonable to me---I had a lap sized quilt done and paid $90. I thought that was quite a bit but he did have a computerized long arm and the results were beautiful.
