Perhaps you could get pieces of pretty fabrics and cut them into 'jelly roll' strips. Most quilters can always use a handful of pretty fabric strips. You can divide the resulting strips equally, depending upon how many participants there are.

We work at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. So our show is called UNL Employee Quilt Show.
Obviously I could get some UNL themed thing - but they are usually more pricey than my budget! LOL
    Great idea though!

I have a few different sets of quilt themed note cards that I love. I wish I could tell you where I've gotten them I think one set on an Alaskan Cruise & another set at a quilt show. I just googled " quilt themed note cards" & several sites popped up. I saw pocket planners, note cards, & small photo albums at this site

Well, a quilt label - that is a cool idea! We are having a challenge this year, and they can enter 3 regular quilts, so they could put them on whatever they want to! Hm..........

And the gift card is a good idea too, despite small funds, it still would be fun to receive. And you are right, a quilt shop might donate (of course I would need check rules about that sort of thing here at work first).

    Thanks for the ideas.

ooo, all great ideas! The tape measures are good - I collect them whenever I can, I have several at home. The tiny scissor are cool too.

Totes are really popular - maybe one as the big gift.

I like the craft fair idea - afterall, why reinvent the wheel? They may have ideas I would never dream of!

    Thanks.
