    Cream of chicken soup comes in a low sodium version so cr of mushroom might, too. Bread crumbs don't have any more salt than a slice of bread and there's no added salt in the recipe so it shouldn't work up too bad.

    Thank you, Jan, for the recipe. I have a luncheon to do for 100 ladies next year. This will be on the menu.

    This sounds like a great way to hide the veggies from my DH. He is so picky! I love all of the veggies. Thanks for sharing!

    the sodium lies in the canned soup. I am on a low sodium diet, one cup of that soup is twice my daily allowance. that is high sodium and cheese sodium but it does sound pretty delicious.
