I started cutting strips from my scraps around the middle of November. Some of my scraps had already been cut into 1.5" strips. Chain piecing the blocks went very quickly, but then deciding on a setting took some time. (I used EQ7 to experiment with the setting.) Then making the back always takes longer than it should - first finding a fabric (I wanted to use from my stash without too much piecing) and then putting it together. Then after I loaded the quilt on the frame it took me several days to decide how to quilt it. Still, I guess it was only about 6 weeks start to finish.
