Keepsake quilting catalog has a pattern for the one with airplanes. I made on for my great grandson just like that in red, white and blue with some yellow stars and it was so pretty and bright. I didn't buy the pattern, I just looked at the one in the catalog and figured out the size and made my own pattern. It turned out real good, I was well pleased. I don't buy a lot of patterns. I can figure out the size I want and go from there.
