    I love her quilts.

Cricket, you might be able to send a email to Quiltmaker asking about the sizes. There is a link if you have questions. I just went to the site and checked when I saw the link.

Sorry, but there is so much going on in this one, it jars my sensibilities, not to mention my eyesight. Must be an old-age thing.

The 7/8 cutting sizes for the squares are mostly making the HST. Some are rectangles. These are the basic sizes on the cutting chart:
    2 7/8, 2 ½, 1 7/8, 4 ½, 5¼, 3 ¼, 1 7/8, 6 1/2, 6 7/8

I exported the picture of the quilt into EQ7 and changed the colors. WOW, It's amazing how it looks not scrappy. This is definitely one I will be making. Also on Quiltville Studio Facebook Group page there are many who have made this when she was testing it out at a class before publication. Their blocks are amazing the color choices they used.

I love all of you ambitious ladies but her quilts are just too busy for me...I prefer quilts that give my eye a spot to rest now and then She was a member of a long ago online group I was in, and was a special gal even then, I think its so cool how far she has come!

That is one awesome quilt. After making one scrappy Storm at Sea I think I can step it up a notch and try this one with the stars in the center. It would be very similar and I have lots of experience doing the triangles.

    Thanks for sharing the link.
