It's really nice. I agree, lots of potential. Happy Father's Day! I'd say, the gift was a keeper.

Now that's different! If I had seen only a photo of that shuttle, I would have thought it was "broken" in some way. Very interesting for sure. Happy Father's Day to you! Someone really knows how to pick out a great gift for you ..... or did you buy it for yourself?

PS: And I couldn't help but start singing "that" song before you even mentioned it. Very creative title but then that's who you are.

I'm so glad you got an American!

I'm still working hunting down the Florence (often sold as "New Crown) and the early Eldredge (with a fiddle base). The hardest part is not to get distracted and buy others that come my way because they are neat.

Happy Fathers Day....my hubby only got shirts...lol...you did good. The bobbin video was great...I'd think you almost need tweezers to put that in and get it out. Even lady fingers would have a tough job of that. You continue to educate us all. Thanks for sharing. By the way, how do you even know what to look for when going after a machine...all I know about is the Singers.

    Happy Father's Day!
Neat machine. Very cool bobbin and shuttle arrangement too. The variety of ways the designers came up with to do the same thing is one of the things that make this hobby so attractive to me.
