Looks great. So sad when the pattern directions aren't clear.

    Yes - a 60 degree triangle

Create your own border fabric with strip piecing.

Since the other 3 look like the light blue one I didn't want to bore anyone!

I too bought fabric and pattern at my local quilt store. Had to go back for help on cutting out the triangleAB part. Now to go try it. Yours are pretty. I also ordered the wine border fabric to make more so I had better like making them.

I used some of my garage sale finds to make these - next time I will be creating my border fabrics.

    No, missed that.

Before I cut the AB piece I placed the ruler where I thought it should be and marked the edges...and then placed the triangles around it. It fit, so I cut.

Having the instructions say the dimensions of the AB piece would have been helpful.

I have done several of these (actually more than several, I'm hooked!). Couldn't find border prints that I liked so I made my own. I did one with a vertical print that I cut 9.5" wide LOF, and added a 3.5" contrasting fabric, also LOF. (Red and Blue)
Then I tried WOF. A 3.5, 6.5, and 3.5 stripped together made a nice swirly pattern. You get 4 12-12.5" triangles out of the width of fabric, so you need 6 cuts WOF of each fabric to make the throw. (Orange, white, green Asian prints)
