    I bought EQ but never made anything I designed on it. For me, inspiration comes from the fabric and it tells me what to do with it. I can have a perfectly EQ designed quilt, but the minute I get to the quilt store and see all this gorgeous fabric, the EQ design goes out the window.

    I originally had Quilt Design Wizard which had most of the very basic features but wanted more versatility. I don't use it as much as I could, nor have I figured out everything it can do. But I'm glad I have it.

    Thank you! This is the best place to come with questions! PaperPrincess, thank you for the QIAD tip. Last I looked they only had a $10 discount. Placed my order tonight & it's free shipping! The other place had a shipping rate of $30.

    I love my EQ7, but you do need to practice on it. It's help feature is great and so it the website.
