    he is adorable. since it's polar fleece, you can do it raw edge,not worry about edges fraying.
    I didn't know you can block polar fleece. How do you do it? He is super cute!!

    He's 45"x31". I'm making another one today without the walking foot, and a nice wide zig zag instead of the tight satin stitch. The next one will be flannel with a layer of batting. Santa Penguin only takes about 5 hours start to finish, so I should have my pattern model by mid week.
    I washed my first one and he's still drying, but the stitching relaxed a little, so his belly is less puckery. Yay!!
