I made that quilt from a precut package years ago. I will find it and get back to you. When I find it I can scan a block. Its among my UFO's that never got sandwiched. May take some time but I know I have it! I'm in the middle of rearranging my studio, but I know I have it, just have to find where I put it!

She appears to have just the templates. There are four flower petals as you have shown, but they are topped by a second set of smaller petals. Each of four leaves fits directly under the heart petals, almost like your bottom petal. Your center circle should be a tad smaller to allow more room for the double petals. The antique block is named Rose Of Sharon and Ohio Rose of Sharon. According to works by Nancy Cabot it was originally designed by a lady in Ohio. I had previously posted a picture of an actual antique block but someone deleted the post saying it violated copyright laws, but I have no idea how it could have. I am still looking for my quilt top I made and surely it should be ok to scan that and post it!

Its also called Lancaster Rose. I think that is the correct name and the Rose of Sharon is the same but seems to have buds at the corners that the Lancaster Rose does not. I am waiting for permission to post a picture of it for you.
I forgot to say in the previous post that the center circle is also two circles, one atop the other like the petals.
