I have all sizes up to 151/2" . Never had the need for the larger one in 10 years of quilting, when I do will purchase one.

I seldom use my 15" ruler except for trimming up my quilts for binding like Tartan explain. I never bought a 20" square up ruler because I never make blocks that big.

I would keep them both. You will use them both. I have a 12 1/2 & a 15" ruler and do use them. Yes keep them

I love the square rulers and have several but would love to have more of them, like your 20.5 inch or even a 15"--I have 2.5, 4.5, 6.5, 9.5, and 12.5, the smaller standard ones

I have a 20 1/2 ruler that has the sizes on it for side and corner triangles if setting blks on point. next ruler size down is 12 1/2 inches. I don't have an 18 so use the larger one if need to.

I bought the 15" ruler when I made a T-shirt quilt for my granddaughter but have really found that I use it a lot..I do QAYG blocks and the 15" size is perfect for squaring up these large blocks....I also use it for cutting out many of my totes bags as well as squaring them up...don't get rid of it...it will come in handy.

Absolutely! I'm terrible at squaring up blocks so I prefer having the correct size ruler for this task.
