    It was the tiny one in the back I thought looked like an open toe darning foot. I have too look up welding foot, the first image that came to my mind was a welding torch and lots of sparkles.

    You don't have to use a darning foot to free motion. I have a straight stitch machine that I free motion with using the regular straight stitch foot. I don't even drop the feed dogs, just set the stitch length to zero.

    Sorry Mickey2, that us welting foot. I have the manul, parts booklet, parts numbers, etc. there is no mention of the darning foot.

    Yes, share a link or picture if possible. I'm always interested when it comes to the different feet and accessories for old machines.

    This is the foot that I had my son to make for me in his metal shop. Little rough but works beautifully.[ATTACH=CONFIG]548280[/ATTACH]

    That's very nice and on a very short notice. I don't know if I can do anything like it, I have a vice and can perhaps bend metal, but yours look like a well made open toe foot.

    I think he did a wonderful job. He left it pretty rough and my DH had to take a fine file and knock the edges off.
