I usually use the garden gloves with rubber nubs. They seem to work great for me.
    Beautiful quilting.

When you say your hand measures exactly 7 inches, are you measuring around the hand just below the knuckles? If so, then your hands are about the same size as mine, and I wear sm/med.

They have some stretch and I like mine to fit snug so I don't have to take them off to change bobbins or pick up a pin.

I agree - the Machingers really help step up your FMQ game.

I wasn't very clear was I. The website says to measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. I think I'll go with the sm/med. I certainly don't want them to be loose.

If you can get to a store that stocks them, they actually have an outline of a hand on the packaging that shows you what size to get. That's how I figured out what size I needed.

Nobody near me carries them unfortunately. I decided to go to the source and emailed Quilters Touch. The response was if I wanted snug go with the sm/med, if I wanted loose, go with the med/large, and I could exchange them if the size wasn't right. I went with the small/med.

I didn't know what size I needed so ordered two sizes. I like the snug fitting ones but use the looser ones at times too. According to how much my fingers swell as they do sometimes.
