    I find this to be a very interesting pattern and am imagining how many variations can be used with it. Love your quilt, looks both antique and contemporary.

    Wow, Great first quilt. I also started quilting without a pattern, but quickly realized buying a pattern, finding them free online or at the library was so worth it. My first no- pattern quilt sent me running for more background fabric 3 or 4 times.
