What version of windows do you have? Do you also have IE installed, do you have the same problem if you try to go to the QB using it?

Widows 10, no problems getting on, only if I click on something someone else a posted a link to, like a pattern or Web site or a funny to watch

Have you tried using a different browser? I used to use IE but had a lot of problems with one website I used. I switched to Firefox and the problems went away.

Switched over to firefox same thing, I'm sure its something on this computer is set to high, I really appreciate all the help I've received this far, It is less than a year old.
