This could either be classified as, "Duh! Everyone knows to do that!!!" OR "Wow! I never thought to do that!!!".
I, however, have been on both sides. I wash my rotary blade from Harbor Freight with soap and water to get the oil off and then they work just great.

I ordered from them it took me 3 to 4 months to get them ( came from china ) would not order from
them again. Just get them from Walmart or joann's .

Mine came from Amazon. Got them in two days. Maybe it was a different brand? But the same price.


I checked mine is by Improved Cut. Great blades. I buy them when they are $12 for 10.

Always amazes me when it takes 4-6 weeks to get an order in your hand. Years ago, maybe they waited for a personal check to clear the bank, but not now. How many quilts can we complete in 4-6 weeks? LOL
