I think I now may just leave them wide open for quilting, which was my initial plan, but still thinking about it. The pattern is Morrocan Vibe from Sew Kind of Wonderful with my own attempt to change it up and make it King sized.
This is really pretty and you have so much space to quilt on! The design looks like Christmas ornaments to me!

I don't have a design wall. I have a quilt I am making for a boy. It has deer, beers, leaves and stuff. To make it longer I am making 4 patch blocks.

My snowmen (twelve of them). Ten are done and sewn together. Just a little more and I can start quilting.

My design wall is in cyberspace and right now it's empty! To take a break from the cactus quilt I want to do I tried my hand at mixing a bunch of brown civil war reproduction prints for a fall quilt for my bedroom... really like the prints but now I'm not really feeling the over arching color scheme. Too brown and heavy with all the dark wood I have in my bedroom!

Maybe I should work on one in reds and creams instead?

I have fat quarters that I've ironed to be ready for the next step...rotary cutting. I am making a stroller size 36" square baby quilt for my nephew's first son.
The pattern shows ribbons and rick rack with a baby on the quilt for tummy time. Here is the link if you wish to see the free pattern.

Pretty quilt Diannia. It looks jelly roll friendly. I have a scrappy from a QAL I did in the month of June but haven't had time to sandwich it. I would post a photo but have not mastered the instructions from my Ipad. : (

My wall has the Bonnie Hunter Leader Ender Summer Challenge and it is an enjoyable pattern.

Some very nice work on those walls!
