    We use the strips all the time at our comunity theater to hang all sorts of things on our backgrounds of canvas flats. Not sure how well they would work on drywall over concrete blocks. Try a lighter weight picture to test.

    I saw some decorative ones just the other day. Command hooks have come a long way since first started.
