    Isn't there an Alzheimers charity that uses minis? I should look into that, too! It looks like fun!

    I made several miniature quilts years ago and still enjoy them. I like them for table toppers with a pitcher or vase or something like that on them. I switch them out but do enjoy them year around.

    I use mini quilts on end tables. Made a couple of strip rectangles minis that I call toilet tank rugs that sit on the back of my toilets.

    Oh you are on a journey that you will soon love. They make great little hostess gifts especially when using a holiday theme. I make mine from scraps, too. Often times I make small ones for donation purposes as well.

    ruthrings....the AAQI (Alzheimers Art Quilt Initiative) is no longer active. Participating in it pushed me into seeing how small I could go and took me in different artistic directions as well. It was a great cause.

    Not any more. Ami Sims did the mini quilt auctions for years, but last year (or year before) she discontinued doing it.
