    This is so cute! I'm sure just seeing it will make her feel a whole lot better!! I'm sending a quick prayer for her speedy and pain free recovery.

    I love the quilting. Did you have a pattern for the quilting? Did you do the quilting on your domestic machine?

    I have had a total shoulder replacement and, of the 6 serious surgeries I've in the past 7 years, it was by far the easiest though it was on my dominant hand/arm. Very little pain afterward, out of a sling in 36 hours, could brush my teeth in two days. I hope your cousin will have as gentle a recovery and be up and about quickly! The adorable pillow will surely help.
