    My imagination allows me to see the pink and I like the effect. I also like the inclusion of the polka dot fabric. It just makes the design pop nicely. I hope your SIL loves her quilt.

    The block is Lucky Clover from the Quilters' Cache. I often get my quilt block patters from the Quilters' Cache. The website administrator, Marcia Hohn, rates the quilt blocks by level of difficulty. Also, she seems to be something of an archivist of historic quilt blocks, and that idea of saving a piece of Americana appeals to me.
