Well I think it was worth it! And it will be a "memorable" quilt for no other reason than the problems you encountered!

I totally understand what you mean about problems. I noticed you mentioned King Tut thread. I have a few spools and my machine does NOT like it at all; will pop the thread every couple of stitches. Doesn't matter what I do; change the needle, loosen or tighten the tension; nothing helps; it just pops and pops and aggravates me NO end. I don't use it any longer. I'm wondering if the thread is 'old' (although I don't know how old thread has to be before it is useless in a long arm). I do keep it in a covered container and it's in a relatively dark area, so no light or air gets to it. Makes me sad; it's beautiful thread and terribly expensive. I understand you being glad you're done with it. I get that way when I have issues with my longarm too. Glad to have it over with. Hope the next one cooperates better.

I'm not sure what the issues are because all I see is a beautiful quilt. Great job.

I love it, llike sophisticated tile. SOrry it was just a pain in the tush. We should make a "Good Riddance" thread on the forum--I bet we all have at least one quilt we could put in that pile!

In spite of all the issues it turned out beautifully. Love the border of black and white diamonds. That is a great E2E you chose for it.
