My favorite pot roast is: stir together one pkg dry ranch dressing, 1 pkg Italian salad dressing mix, 1 pkg dry beef gravy mix. Spread this all over the roast and bake, crock pot or instant pot. Delicious, I usually use the low sodium gravy mix. My friend says a whole chicken is good this way, subbing chicken gravy mix. I haven't tried it.

I tried this recipe yesterday. Thank you for posting it...it was delicious! We have enough for leftovers too! I served it with noodles and kept adding that juice from the crockpot. So good. It's a keeper! We had busy days yesterday, so it was delightful to not have to "worry about what to eat".....just cooked the noodles, threw some frozen garlic bread in the over and we had the meal in 15 minutes.
