What adorable and soft quilts for dear friends. The twins will grow to love them as much as their parents will upon receiving them today. That's what quilters do best: share their time and talent and the love that goes into making them!

Those are so pretty! Love the quilting. Great idea to make them larger so they will be used for a long time.

Good plan to make the quilts larger so they can "grow" into them. As many have mentioned your quilting surely makes the pinwheels pop! Alike, but yet different just like the twins.

Very, very nice. I am also going to be making a pin wheel quilt with fabric my daughter brought back for me from Hawaii. My pin wheels will be smaller though.

A couple of people have commented about the large size. I have made pinwheels before, but not made or set, like these. The pinwheels are on point within the block, but the blocks are set straight. They end up being a large block. I only had this week to cut, piece and quilt it helped that they were this large so I could make them both for today.

WMUTeach you understood my thoughts exactly.
thank you all for commenting- here is a picture from this morning
