Am I just seeing things or are all the window openings boarded up? have one of those AC units shown in your photo but mine is an AC/Heat unit. I love it and it does such a nice job and so quiet. The room looks a nice size right now and you're right it will slowly shrink as you add all your stuff but it's all yours so enjoy it. Looks great to me.

Your room is fabulous, your hubby did a great job. I love the mini split, you can have your room as cold or as hot as you want. You'll have a lot of fun in there creating beautiful quilts.

Your own quilter cave? Woohoo!!! I bet you can't wait for the threads and scraps to start accumulating all over the floor after it is up and running.

Congratulations! You have a world of possibilies ahead of you: where to organize all your stuff and what to make first. Have fun and enjoy...love the recessed areas in the wall which will store lots and save floor space. Ingenious.

Congratulations!! We built a new house last summer. I took one bedroom as my sewing room. I enjoy every minute in there. So will you! it's so nice to have your own space. I like the flooring you put in.
