I absolutely love the cool way you chose! I am hard pressed to say which looks better: the quilt or Drake!

Dunster, a strikingly beautiful quilt! Her patterns are all quite interesting, but so far, I’ve resisted making one. There are several patterns for sale at the resale shop where I volunteer. I'll have to take a second look. I’ve done paper-piercing before, a bouquet of birds of paradise, but I thought I might get bored doing the same shape over and over. Funny, because what could be more boring than making hundreds of HSTs?

Just exquisite Dunster. Way beyond what I want to do at this point in my life, but you did that pattern proud. I am amazed at your quilting done free hand too. Wish I was that good!

Absolutely beautiful. Love the color choices. I have done a few Judy Niemeyer patterns. Infact I have been thinking of tackling one this winter. You have inspired me, now I'll have to pull out the pattern and start getting my head wrapped around it. 😆

I love it! Somehow the striped border jumps out to me as something I've never seen before, the stripes with the curves cut out.
