    I would NOT think it could be used for qulting. I made a teepee out of Duck cloth for my grandchildren(you may have seen it posted). It is a lightweight canvas. My shoulders and arms hurt from the weight of sewing it.

    In the 1970s I made a triangle shapes biscuit type quilt that we used for a pad type thing on the floor, not real big. I still have it, it is put away and hasn't been used for years. Made out of duck cloth.

    I use duct cloth to cover my to cover my big board for ironing. Cut it down the middle and you have enough to cover it another time. Makes a good smooth ironing.

    I use Duck Cloth to make Bean Bags. My husband makes the Bean Bag Games (some call it Corn Hole or Bag Games) but anyways, it works great for Bean Bags!!! Nice and sturdy.

    I used it to cover a board to make an ironing surface.

    Not quilting material for sure. Too rough and tough.
