Good thing that you're OK...I was watching c-span, and they were expecting a HUGE wave in Hilo. They even had crews on top of hotel decks in Honolulu...Boy, did they overwork everything...

Terri, so glad to hear from you. I also was worried about you all day yesterday as I watched the coverage. As for all the warnings, evacuations and precautions, I'd so much rather have that than a tsunami that people weren't prepared for.
