Not necessarily a quilt store, but I hear Britex is worth a visit.

I have never been, but I hear the Lacis Museum of Lace and Textiles in Berkeley is quite a place, especially if you are in to
    embellishments.

The weekend was very low key and relaxed, and I only made it to New Pieces. What a great little shop for batiks. :) I'll definitely go back.

One of the gals in the shop suggested Laci's like one of the posters here. I'll also have to hit Britex next time I'm in town.

The friend inadvertently brushed minkee while we were at the cutting table, and he was fascinated with it. I think I know what one of my next projects will be. Something masculine, backed with minkee. ;) That should be a challenge.

Lookie at what I bought!!! :) It's mostly for stash, but I may do a lap quilt out of part of it.

There's also Cornerstone Quilts in Fairfield.
