Welcome from Livonia. Our car is on autopilot to head to Western Michigan University over in your neck of the woods. I keep saying I'm going to stop over at the quilt shop on Stadium in Kalamazoo when we are over there to see DS at school. You will love everyone you meet on the board and learn so much too.

OMG! Quilts Plus which is the place you are referring to was a FABULOUS shop several years ago. That is where I learned how to quilt, but that was in her old building. She has moved to stadium and I have yet to get there. You should absolutely stop there. I doubt you will be disappointed if it is anything like it was 7 years ago.

Every time we drive by that's what I tell DH. Usually, like on Sunday, we are heading to some performance our son is in so the time is spent with him. Sunday it was his senior trumpet performance recital so we also had all the food for the reception afterward. One of these days I'm just going to make it a LONG day, stopping in Jackson at Country Stitches then on to K-zoo to Quilts Plus. It looks like a wonderful store. Maybe we could meet there? Now that he has had his last performance before graduation, we won't have any more excuses to go there. I'll just have to make it a destination. Take care.
