I bought this at a quilt show, I love it. It hangs on the wall just above my cutting table.

I have a mail or file holder that I bought for $5 at Wal-Mart or Staples. I put it on top of a tall bookcase to keep it out of my way and not waste tabletop space.

I have two of the wooden stands - one on the counter and one hung on the wall. Sorry - room is too messy to photograph right now. (pink-faced)

I hung mine on the back of the sewing room door with those little hooks on a white plastic backing. It's that type of hanger that doesn't leave any marks when you remove them. And all the rulers had a hole already in them to hang.

I have one of the wooden ones that sits on the cutting table. After decades of quilting, I still only use six rulers, so one 5-slot rack works just fine for me.

I picked up one of those wire record holders from the 60's at a garage sale and thats what I have my larger ones in. I picked up a wire letter holder at an estate sale and put the small ones in it. The letter holder is a wire spiral on little short legs and I think my older sisters used to call the other thing a record worm or a caterpillar.

I like alot of these ideas. Currently, I store my big square-ups and my long 6" ruler behind my piano. Yep...you read that correctly. Unfortunately, my piano is downstairs and my sewing room is upstairs. :( And now, it is a mystery...I have no clue where my 6x30 ruler is. Makes using my rotary cutter a little difficult. I am guessing that I have taken that ruler upstairs and it has slipped behind something. I figure one of these days it will turn up...probably right after I break down and buy a new ruler.

I'm thinking I want a rack like the pot rack you hang in the kitchen over a cooking island. I can hang it over my cutting table. It will be a ruler mobile!
