Beautiful! I had to go back and look again because I couldn't see the two cats at first! It is a wonderful work of art!

That's so cute! I'm interested how you did the stitching around the white parts of the black cat. Did you free motion zig zag or use another stitch? It looks like this method would work for one I'm ready to start quilting soon.

I did it free motion. I just sewed a couple of stitches one direction, turned the fabric slightly, then sewed a couple of stitches backward, then forward, then backward. Not too complicated. This quilt is small enough that I could just turn the fabric this way, then that way.
