I just thought of something else...my friend just spent hours a day hand quilting her entry into our show. She said that she used Salon Pas pads on her fingers at night & that they worked great. You can usually find them at the drug store, near the Ben Gay & that sort of stuff. I have used them when I have gotten knots in my shoulders & they are rather miraculous!!
