Is turning twenty a pattern I'll have to buy or does anyone have a link to a free pattern?

If you have enough fat quarters, you can also make any pattern that calls for a layer cake or charm packs. I think about 20 fat quarters can make enough squares for a layer cake and you can get 12 5" squares from each FQ so...about 3.5 or 4 per charm pack.

I'm not craftybear but if you go to the tutorials section here, I am pretty sure there's one for the disappearing 9 patch. I haven't made one yet but I keep threatening to. Turning Twenty is a pattern you have to buy-there is Turning Twenty and then there are variations on it that are sold separately. Most quilt shops, online and off, will carry the Turning Twenty pattern (it's like a booklet).

I'm now making a D9P quilt and am loving it. I used a different color block for the center block, give me three different main colors and patterns on the fabric. Lots of way to put them together.

Check this out, see if it suits your needs. They can be scrappy or planned . Both are very pretty.
