    For the holidays, I make my turtles by using Kraft caramels.
    I unwrap each caramel, place 4 whole pecans under it to look like a turtle, place them in an oven at medium heat just long enough to melt the caramels and then put chocolate chips on the top. After the chips have softened, I swirl the chocolate to cover the top of the caramel. Sorry I don't have coconut in this recipe.
