    I made my first quilt by myself and my first baby quilt for my great nephew. I sent a note along that said " I hope the love holds it together because I'm not sure the stitching will." It made his mommy cry. She was thrilled that I would make the "first" one for him. I am sure yours is great and will be appreciated.

    The quilt is very cute and they will like and appreciate it. Binding will get easier each time you do it. It is my favorite part of the quilting process.

    The colors are wonderful! It's feminine and girlie without being overly so. I think your friend is going to adore it, and I bet that little girl will enjoy looking at the fabric as she grows up.
