Search the internet, I'm sure you will find the instructions on how to make prairie points.
They are very easy to make, a little time consuming, but really look cute on a crib quilt.

This just proves why being a member of this QB is so terrific. A question posed and so many great folks jumped right in with the answer.

Yup, your avatar is fantstic! However, I take issue with the assertion that the dog started it. Those kitties are troublemakers, my fur baby would never start something.

You can try this...it has a how-to on the prairie points about halfway down the instructions.

Are you planning to add your prairie points before or after you quilt?

Prairie Points are very easy to do. I see that you have received a lot of places that you can go to. Good Luck
