I would leave the pinwheels but I would try and see how much it would take for the piano keys as they are more obvious. Also that would bother me if it where mine but not the pinwheels goign the "wrong" way.

I see it, its not that bad, I personally would re-do that part. But, I'm picky, I just ripped apart my whole quilt I posted when I first joined lol becausae I had a row upside down. Yours should be a lot easier to fix.
