It's similar to what I chose to do.

Most of my blocks are wonky this week. I may re-do, I may not. I did do a variation H4...just thought it would be easier. It didn't line up, so it may be a re-do on our week off.

I can post a few photos here of how I did the applique. I'll wait first to see if anyone asks for it, okay? no problem. let me know and I'll post the pix.
Esqmommy they came out great. Love your fabric -

I've made LS10, and it came out ok. I did an inset seam using the machine, following "cute's tute" (you know you want to say that outloud!) and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought.

I ended up with a tiny gather in the inset seam on the right side, you can just see it in the photo, but I think I can get rid of that in the next one. Sometimes it's just a bit of confidence that a block needs. (that will come back to haunt me won't it)
    TaDa!!!!!!!!! Perfect!

Great blocks. Thats too bad about the rust. It happened with one of my blocks too, or a piece of it. It was a re-do!

Blocks are breautiful. LS10 looks fine. Did you measure it with the triangle template?
