This one is called Jewel of the Prairie and belongs to my daughter, though it's residing on my bed at the moment :)

our 2 dogs sleep with us, so it changes every week. BUt I mostly have down comforters and bought quilts. I have a king sized bed and have not tackled that large of a quilt yet, but I want to, because bought quilts just arent large enough for my bed.

I use my quilts as comforters on my queen bed and in the guestroom. I love switching them out every month. I usually try to make them long enough to tuck under and cover our pillows.

I have a Chinese lantern quit I made after seeing a copy at the Patchwork and Quilting booth the Brisbane Stitches and Craft Show a few years ago. It took me a while to find the fabric only to find I did not have enough Japanese fabric.I will post a pic of it later. It is a double bed size now since we upgraded to a queen I have to make another one.

These beds are all so gorgeous!!! I have a purchased spread on our bed at the moment. But one of the current WIPS is for our bed. Of course, it is in line behind a few Christmas gifts, but whatever...

It is so awesome to see all the tops and comments on this thread. Here is my quilt top for my king bed.
