Terriamn, don’t fret. Sometimes they just take longer than others. No worries. I’m sure they’ll show up.

Finished the CC top for Project Linus a few minutes ago except for the stay stitch that this one definitely needs. Some of my seams already want to come apart from handling despite having a short stitch length. I found a few mistakes but I’m still very pleased with it. Now to piece a backing from the stash and quilt it. I think I’ll do a diagonal crosshatch. That’ll be easy… no marking needed.

Yes, Terriamn, give the mail a little more time. So many factors can impede mail. Big breath, give it a couple more days. I will note on my list that you sent a week ago. Not to worry. Also SuzieQOH has some other things on her plate and may not check mail as often as she would like. Although, she did post yesterday and I saw something on another thread from her.

I see six names on my list that have not been noted as "Received". Bet they will come pouring in in the next couple of days. This is often the case.

Terriamn, I checked USPS Informed Delivery for tomorrow and your envelope should be in Friday’s mail. Woo hoo. It’s not lost, just taking its time. 😉

Terri, don't worry. Sewbizgirl sent mine and Janice's the same day and I got mine a week after Janice did.

For the people that are making the checkerboard chain quilt I have a question. My 9 patches made with 2.5 inch blocks tend to be smaller then most patterns call for. Do you adjust the plain fabric around the 1.5 inch 9 patches to make the blocks match or do you adjust it some other way? I would love to make this pattern using only my blue scraps and 2.5 inch scrap blocks.
